We want to do the right thing

The whistleblowing service gives everyone an opportunity to pay attention and notify us if serious misconduct is suspected. In our business we care about the safety of, and respect for, everyone who is affected by our business.

A safe channel for anonymous reporting

Our employees have an important role in sounding the alarm if they suspect that something is going against the company’s ethical guidelines. No evidence is needed. The service gives us an opportunity to stop, prevent and rectify if something is wrong. Our whistleblowing service is an early warning system for mitigating risks. It is important to safeguard good corporate governance and retain customers’ and the public’s confidence in us.

In the first instance, we encourage you to approach a manager or HR. If you feel that you cannot openly disclose your information, we offer an option for reporting your concerns anonymously.

When can I use the whistleblowing service?

The whistleblowing service can be used to provide information about a concern if something is not in line with our values and ethical principles and may have a serious impact on our organisation or a person’s life or health.

You do not need to have evidence of your suspicion, but all messages must be submitted in good faith.
